Our settings are safe spaces, encouraging confidence, security and help us build positive relationships with young adults.
A trauma-informed approach
We provide a nurturing and personalised education experience for learners who have struggled in traditional settings. Our approach focuses on building trust, confidence, and meaningful progress across academic, emotional, and social development, helping young people feel supported and valued in their learning journey.
Collaborative learning
Conquer Learning works closely with alternative provisions and trusted partners to deliver tailored, high-quality support that meets each learner's individual needs. Through collaboration with The Insight Project, learners benefit from enhanced personal development, emotional wellbeing, and engagement. Our partnerships create a joined-up, holistic approach that combines academic, vocational, and personal development, helping learners re-engage, progress, and achieve positive long-term outcomes.

Four weeks of relationships, resilience, progress, aspirations, celebrations, and finding different ways to succeed. ❤️
At Conquer Learning, we know that alternative education isn’t about changing the young person to fit the system it’s about changing the approach so the young person can thrive.These first four weeks have been about so much more than lessons.
-Building trusted relationships
-Settling in, feeling safe and finding your place
-Exploring goals, aspirations and progression
-Completing applications and developing employability skills
-Finding alternative approaches to learning
-Celebrating the small wins AND the big ones
-Learning to communicate, trust and ask for support
-Discovering strengths by CONQUERING Challenges!
❤️ Most importantly… enjoying being here.
We’ve seen young people walk through our doors who weren’t always sure whether education was for them and we’re already seeing smiles, conversations, confidence, friendships and a willingness to give things another go.
That’s what alternative provision should be about.
Not limitations.
Not measuring success in just one way.
It’s about meeting young people where they are, understanding what they need, and helping them move forward from there.
And yes… there have been ups, downs, challenges and plenty of moments where we’ve had to think outside the box! 😂
But that’s Conquer Learning.
We adapt.
We listen.
We try again.
We celebrate progress.
And we never lose sight of the young person at the centre of it all. ❤️
