At Conquer Learning, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated Safeguarding Team is always here to listen, support, and help keep everyone safe and well. But our commitment goes far beyond just one team every member of staff plays an important role in creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all learners.

If you have a concern about a young person’s welfare, you should make a clear record of what you have observed or been told and report it to a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) as soon as possible, and on the same day. Concerns should be passed on rather than investigated independently.
