As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll support young people to develop positive behaviours, build confidence and overcome barriers that may affect their learning. You’ll provide consistent one-to-one and small-group support, help pupils manage emotions and challenging situations, and work closely with teaching staff to encourage engagement, resilience and positive relationships.
